• Paddle – Payment processing, merchant of record services, and subscription billing.

• OpenAI – AI language model provider for content processing, transcription, and summarization.
• Groq – AI inference infrastructure for fast content processing and language model serving.
• Replicate – AI model hosting and inference platform for content generation and processing.
• fal.ai (Features & Labels Inc.) – AI inference platform for generative media processing.
• EachLabs – AI workflow infrastructure for content processing pipelines.

Additional typical categories of processors include AI/ML model providers, analytics & tracking tools, cloud infrastructure providers, payment/subscription management SDKs, and mobile attribution services. We will update this list if we add, remove or change processors.

5.1 Data Shared with AI Providers

For transcription and content analysis, we transmit only user audio recordings and the generated transcripts/summaries to our AI providers. No other personal data (such as email, contacts, location, or identifiers unrelated to processing) is shared with these providers.

We do not share device identifiers, advertising identifiers, contacts, photos, precise location, or analytics data with our third-party AI providers for the purpose of model training or advertising.

All content transmitted to third-party AI services is protected via HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, and is stored encrypted at rest in accordance with industry best practices.
